Fee schedule into effect upon any man/woman acting as Minister, Public Servant,
Court Officer, Peace Officer and, or, person and, or, agent in the employ of
the Province of British Columbia and, or, Canada and, or, Crown Corporation of
the Province of British Columbia and, or, Canada that encroach, by way of any
act or omission, any, and, or, all truths and Claim of Right of Richard Guy:

One thousand dollars($1,000.00) minimum per person that passes the bar to ingress.
One thousand dollars($1,000.00) minimum per person that passes the bar to ingress.
One thousand dollars($1,000.00) minimum per minute per person for each act or omission that creates encroachment upon us by any of the above

o Parts of firearms (excluding telescopic sights)
o Compressed air and CO2 guns, including pistols pellet guns, rifles and ball bearing guns
o Signal flare pistols and starter pistols
o Bows, cross bows and arrows
o Harpoon guns and spear guns
o Slingshots and catapults
2. Devices designed to stun or immobilise, including:
o Devices for shocking, such as stun guns (e.g. tasers) and stun batons
o Animal stunners
o Chemicals, gases and sprays such as mace, pepper spray or capsicum spray, tear gas, acid sprays and animal repellent sprays
3. Objects with sharp points or sharp edges that could be used to cause serious injury, including
o Items designed for chopping, such as axes, hatchets and cleavers
o Ice axes and ice picks
o Razor type blades such as box cutters, utility knives, and safety razor blades
o Knives or knife-like objects of any length
o Scissors with blades longer than 6cm as measured from the fulcrum
o Martial arts equipment with sharp points or sharp edges
o Swords, sabres
4. Work tools that could be used to either cause serious injury or threaten the safety of us, including:
o Crowbars, hammers
o Drills and drill bits, including cordless portable power drills
o Tools with shafts longer than 6cm (excluding the handle that could be used as weapons, such as screwdrivers and chisels
o Saws, including cordless portable power saws
o Blowtorches, gas torches
o Bolt guns and nail guns
5. Blunt objects that could be used to cause serious injury when used to hit, including:
o Sporting bats
o Golf clubs, billiard cues, ski poles
o Hockey sticks, lacrosse sticks
o Brass knuckles
o Clubs and batons, such as billy clubs, blackjacks and night sticks
o Martial arts weapons
6. Explosive or incendiary substances or devices that could be used to cause serious injury or threaten the safety of us, including:
o Ammunition, propellant powder, gunpowder
o Blasting caps
o Detonators & fuses
o Replica or imitation explosive devices
o Mines, grenades & other military supplies
o Flares or fireworks
o Canisters or cartridges that create smoke
7. Liquids, aerosols and gels
o liquids, aerosols or gels - other than formula, milk, breast milk, juice or food for infants- in containers that exceed 100 ml or 100 g in capacity and that do not all fit in a single clear plastic resealable bag that is sealed and does not exceed 1 L in capacity.

Out and about
Got out to Kelowna a couple of weeks ago. Was a pretty good experience. Got to meet Dean Clifford as that is why I went there to support him at the court. Met seven men with tuques there also and a like minded fellow from my area.
We didn't get to go in the court room as they held it in camera. It wasn't all bad though as we all got to trade info and enlighten the three Sheriffs guarding the locked courtroom door.
Afterward we all headed to the Pub cross the street and chatted over refreshments and food for another couple of hours. Great meeting all you people and hope we see each other again.
Going to put the Lawfully Traveling plate on my car as soon as I get one made up.

There is a new prison being built in Oliver, BC, hopefully it will have enough room to house all the lying thieving politicians in Victoria and Municipalities throughout the Province. While cleaning house there are a few if not many RCMP that need to grace the inside of a prison.
