Fee schedule

Welcome to all people. Also a warm welcome to agents of CSIS, RCMP, other agents of government, and other corporate agents as this Fee Schedule applies to you.

At no time do i and or anyone in my care and protection consent to be assaulted and or trespassed upon.


Interpretation for this Fee Schedule;
-person means people who are an actor wearing a mask of a legal fiction and or are acting as a corporate and or government agent under colour of law and or colour of office.

-people means a man, a woman, an offspring of a man and woman, either as one or as a group or family who are not acting as a legal fiction, government agent, and or corporate agent under colour of law and or colour of office.

-colour means concealing a lack of reality by use of disguise or pretext.

-agent means people who is acting on behalf of a government and or a corporation.

-free means without fee.

-fee means a monetary charge.

-fee schedule means a list of monetary charges for consideration of the act of encroachment.

-encroachment means to intrude upon territory and or right.

-consideration means payment.

-right means a just claim to all type of property including all those inherent inalienable granted by virtue of being alive.

-property means the body and or life of a man/woman; possessions of a man/woman either as an immovable such as land, a deed, and or instrument giving right of beneficial use of any thing. Property also includes all inherent inalienable things as provided by the creator to sustain life.

-assault means any kind of threat of or touching of a man/woman or their property without their expressed consent.

-trespass means to commit an offense against any property.

Fee Schedule (current).

  
Fee schedule into effect upon any man/woman acting as Minister, Public Servant, Court Officer, Peace Officer and, or, person and, or, agent in the employ of the Province of British Columbia and, or, Canada and, or, Crown Corporation of the Province of British Columbia and, or, Canada that encroach, by way of any act or omission, any, and, or, all truths and Claim of Right of Richard Guy: Witala the alive man;
One thousand dollars($1,000.00) minimum per person that passes the bar to ingress.
One thousand dollars($1,000.00) minimum per minute per person for each act or omission that creates encroachment upon us by any of the above entities;
Plus one thousand dollars($1,000.00) per minute per person for trespass on our property by any of the above entities without prior written consent. These persons will be subject to full body searches and any and all weapons or things we deem unsafe will be taken;
Plus five thousand dollars(5,000.00) per minute or any portion thereof per person while being detained or questioned by any of the above entities;
Plus ten thousand dollars($10,000.00) per minute or any portion thereof per person while being transported and, or, held in custody by any of the above entities;
Plus fifty thousand dollars($50,000.00) in advance for any requested attendance under threat of a gun  at any court hearing or tribunal initiated by any of the above entities;
Plus one million dollars($1,000,000.00) for any trespass upon our body, mind, and tangible and, or intangible property by any of the above entities;
Plus ten billion dollars($10,000,000,000.00) being enforceable by any and all heirs to my property with each having their own separate claim against any of the above entities for any act or omission that causes the death of my body by any of the above entities.
Plus five thousand dollars($5,000.00) per day for posting any material on any of our property. Retroactive to July 1, 2016.

People may ingress free to visit as long as done with peaceful not harmful intention. Any people that ingress and subsequently cause harm to us or our property agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the fee schedule.

Any and all persons passing the bar to entry agree to the following terms along with the Fees.
Any and all of the items listed below will be seized if brought beyond the bar to entry.

Prohibited Items Beyond the Bar to Entry.
1. Guns, firearms and other devices designed to cause serious injury by launching harmful objects or items that could be mistaken for such a device, including:
o Firearms of all types, including pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns
o Toy, replica and imitation weapons that could be mistaken for real weapons
o Parts of firearms (excluding telescopic sights)
o Compressed air and CO2 guns, including pistols pellet guns, rifles and ball bearing guns
o Signal flare pistols and starter pistols
o Bows, cross bows and arrows
o Harpoon guns and spear guns
o Slingshots and catapults
2. Devices designed to stun or immobilise, including:
o Devices for shocking, such as stun guns (e.g. tasers) and stun batons
o Animal stunners
o Chemicals, gases and sprays such as mace, pepper spray or capsicum spray, tear gas, acid sprays and animal repellent sprays
3. Objects with sharp points or sharp edges that could be used to cause serious injury, including
o Items designed for chopping, such as axes, hatchets and cleavers
o Ice axes and ice picks
o Razor type blades such as box cutters, utility knives, and safety razor blades
o Knives or knife-like objects of any length
o Scissors with blades longer than 6cm as measured from the fulcrum
o Martial arts equipment with sharp points or sharp edges
o Swords, sabres
4. Work tools that could be used to either cause serious injury or threaten the safety of us, including:
o Crowbars, hammers
o Drills and drill bits, including cordless portable power drills
o Tools with shafts longer than 6cm (excluding the handle that could be used as weapons, such as screwdrivers and chisels
o Saws, including cordless portable power saws
o Blowtorches, gas torches
o Bolt guns and nail guns
5. Blunt objects that could be used to cause serious injury when used to hit, including:
o Sporting bats
o Golf clubs, billiard cues, ski poles
o Hockey sticks, lacrosse sticks
o Brass knuckles
o Clubs and batons, such as billy clubs, blackjacks and night sticks
o Martial arts weapons
6. Explosive or incendiary substances or devices that could be used to cause serious injury or threaten the safety of us, including:
o Ammunition, propellant powder, gunpowder
o Blasting caps
o Detonators & fuses
o Replica or imitation explosive devices
o Mines, grenades & other military supplies
o Flares or fireworks
o Canisters or cartridges that create smoke
7. Liquids, aerosols and gels
o liquids, aerosols or gels - other than formula, milk, breast milk, juice or food for infants- in containers that exceed 100 ml or 100 g in capacity and that do not all fit in a single clear plastic resealable bag that is sealed and does not exceed 1 L in capacity.
